With Payment and Cancellation Policy
All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours & Travel Service bookings should be addressed to Highway Dreams International to the dedicated contact number and email id which is Contact@highwaydreamsinternationals.com and firstname.lastname@example.org only.
A Package cost is the cost that will be shared with the client as per the need and expectation of the client while communicating with our support person/ tour advisor. upon agreeing to the same That will be the package cost for the client for a given time limit. as all rates are subject to availability.
Flight fares are Dynamic and controlled by the airlines, hence its price validity is not guaranteed until booked and confirmed.
Once a Package is discussed with our respective team and the Guest; the Guest must give the go-ahead on the Email along with the documents that required to book the Package and the information asked by the support person/ tour advisor of Highway Dreams International. No other communication will be entertained for the processing of any booking irrespective of the communication channel.
2 or more changes to the itinerary can be done till the booking is not Processed. once it is processed and confirmed every change will be chargeable based on the product and services that are asked to change.
In case of Non-availability of the Quoted hotel(S), Highway Dreams International will offer a similar category of hotel.
and it will be pre-informed to the client. in case of any upgrade asked by the client post booking. client has to pay the difference cost for the upgrade. unless any offer or discount is shared by Highway Dreams International.
Once a Go-ahead Email is Received from the client, all the services agreed upon will be on hold and once the advance payment is received it will be confirmed. In case of a longer departure period, a token advance will be collected which will be non-refundable.
For all the services contracted, a certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on a confirmed basis & the balance amount needs to be paid a maximum of 30 days before the journey but Definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel holds the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
Apart from the above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels, or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment must be sent in advance.
We do Charge a Consultation fee of INR `1000 which will be deducted from the tour package cost once we receive the advance payment to hold the booking on a confirmed basis.
If you do not book with us, then This amount is non-refundable as our service fee keeps our employees motivated to give you the best service.
Mode of Payment:
We accept Bank transfers or cash deposits at our bank account up to the Government limit we would also need your PAN card details for our audit purpose for any cash transactions.
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges will be as follows:
For Domestic tours:
45 Days Before the arrival 30% of the tour/service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels, etc.,
15 days before arrival 40% of the Tour/service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels, etc.,
7 days before arrival 50% of the tour /service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels, etc.,
48Hrs before the arrival or no-show refund: no refund
For International tours:
120- 90 Days Before the arrival 30% of the tour/service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels. visa, etc.,
90-60 days before arrival 40% of the Tour/service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels, Visa, etc.,
30 days before arrival 70% of the tour /service cost or as per the third-party service cancellation policy like airlines or hotels, Visa, or any non-refundable services, etc.,
15-01days prior to the arrival or no-show refund: no refund
Highway Dreams International Reserves the right to change the terms of services from time to time and the clients must adhere to the same to have a smooth operation.
